Rental process

Our easy to follow process begins when you find the listing on our website or see our leasing signage at the property. We have a team of dedicated leasing professionals ready to assist you at anytime from touring the property to eventually signing your lease.

Search our website for all of our available rental properties. Its as easy as clicking here to begin your search.

Step 2

Review our Leasing Qualifications!

Review our Leasing Qualifications in advance of applying to ensure you qualify. This detailed page includes most of our leasing policies and guidelines as well as a summary of pet breed restrictions that apply to all of our rental units.

Step 3

Tour the Homes you are interested in viewing!

After reviewing our Leasing Qualifications, you can now tour the property you are interested in! Scheduling a showing is easily done through our website or by telephone to one of our leasing professionals. Have questions? We have answers and we are always ready to assist you the best way that we can during and after seeing any of our available rental units.

Step 4

Applying to Lease our Rental Home

You know that desirable homes often lease very quickly. With that said, do not wait to apply!

 

Applying begins with clicking the “Apply Now” button on the listing that you are interested in. This will take you to our secure online application form where you will tell us about yourself and begin the process of leasing your future home!

*Application fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application. A completed application is required for each occupant over 18 years of age who will reside in the rental unit. All Applications are reviewed and processed through our online screening system and in some instances multiple applications may be received for our available rental units. Please allow use up to 48 hours to process and receive approval from reporting services after you submit your completed application. We have no control timelines associated with receiving results for criminal background checks and credit history. 

Now that you Applied, What’s next?

Expectations

We will only accept one holding fee per unit and they are taken on a first-come, first served basis. The first approved applicant who provides us with a holding fee will remove the home from active marketing. Remember: Our units move very quickly, so don’t wait!
*Holding fee will only reserve the home for a maximum of 30 days. We will not reserve units for longer periods. Your holding fee is fully refundable within the first 48 hours of payment.

 

Making Sure the Home is Move-In Ready!

We know that you have toured and really like your future home. Now it is time to make sure the home is up to your standards. After providing us with a holding fee, you will now have 3 days (from the date you place your holding fee) to assess the home to make note of any issues or repairs necessary.

 

RAM will then have a maximum of 30 days to resolve these issues and any necessary repairs.

 

In the event we encounter extenuating circumstances with the rental unit, we will offer you another option or a full refund.

Our friendly leasing and management team will always be there to help guide you through this process if you need any assistance at any time.

Utilities

As indicated in your lease, resident(s) are required to transfer and take financial responsibility for all utility services in your new home which include but are not limited to:

 

 

  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Trash Removal Service
  • Lawn Care
  • Pest Control
  • Cable/Internet if you desire

Resident Responsibilities:

Moving into a new place is an exciting yet stressful time for most renters. RAM will take care of your home’s major maintenance issues, but you will be responsible for the routine upkeep of your home.
