We do our best to process applications on the same day which they are received.  Please allow up to 2 business days for your application to be processed. In some cases results are delayed from reporting services i.e. criminal background check and credit history.

The First step is to ensure that you have reviewed our Leasing Qualifications page.

Once you are ready to proceed, visit our Available Rental Units page then locate the unit you wish to apply for then click the “Apply Now” button on the property listing detail page.  ​Please be advised that our application fee is non-refundable.

All of our qualifications can be found here. We utilize the gross monthly income of all lease holder(s) and that should be equal to or greater then three (3) times the monthly rental rate of your desired unit..

We love pets! (especially dogs). Please be aware that all pets are subject to approval and certain breed restrictions exist. While not all units accept pets, most do. There may be a one time pet fee along with a pet monthly pet rent. To view our: Pet Restrictions

Vouchers (Section 8) and other types of assistance or certificates may be accepted but are subject to owner and property manager approval.  Please contact a member of our leasing team prior to applying at 803.830.6550
